CUC PHUONG NATIONAL PARK

8:30-9:00 AM: The van and tour guide will collect guests from their hotel or homestay for the journey to Cuc Phuong National Park.

The road trip lasts about an hour, taking travelers through the heart of the northern countryside, where they can enjoy stunning views of limestone karsts, rice fields, and a variety of animals such as water buffalo, cows, mountain goats, ducks, sheep, and more, all coexisting peacefully.

10:30 AM: Guests will visit the Visitor Center of the Park, which serves as a museum, to learn about Vietnam’s first National Park, established in 1962 by President Ho Chi Minh. This is followed by a visit to the Endangered Primate Rescue Center.

12:00 PM: The group will return to the van for a transfer to the primary forest for a nature hike to the Ancient Tree, which takes less than two hours. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in the jungle center.

In the afternoon, a shorter hike with 168 steps leads to the Cave of Prehistoric Man, where ancient people lived 7,500 years ago. This is followed by a leisurely scenic walk to Mac Lakeside Bungalow.

On the return journey of the loop road trip, there will be a visit to the stunning scenery at one of the largest pagodas in Southeast Asia, called ‘Bai Dinh,’ providing plenty of photo opportunities for Instagram.

Guests will be dropped off at the pick-up point around 4:30-5:00 PM, marking the end of an exciting day of adventure!
