Was 20 minutes late but... - Was 20 minutes late but not his fault as there was taxi. Beware you have to pay an extra $5 for toll. He tried to charge us $10 and we refused. He ended up a nice guy and we still gave him a nice tip

The Driver Failed to Show Up - AGAIN ! - We booked a transfer with Carmel Car & Limousine through Viator the day before we were scheduled to fly out of Tocumen Airport in Panama. The car was to arrive at our hotel at 4:30 a.m. to transfer us to the airport, and details were confirmed before 5:00 pm the evening before. At 4:36 a.m. the driver had not yet arrived, and I was beginning to worry, so I phoned the tour operator number provided by Viator. Turns out I was speaking with someone in New York. He told me he would contact the driver and put me on hold. Several minutes later, I was informed that he was unable to contact the driver and would try to arrange for an alternate driver, if I would remain on hold. At 4:45, the rep finally resumed the call and advised me that another driver would arrive by 5:00 a.m. if that was acceptable. I agreed, providing that he showed up no later than five. By 4:59, Hubby and I were both getting panicky. He went back inside the hotel to ask the concierge to call a local taxi for us. Then, precisely at 5:00, a shuttle driver finally arrived. And he tore up the roads trying to make up for lost time, which is the only reason I'm rating this activity two stars, instead of one. This was the second time in four days that a shuttle company I booked (and prepaid) through Viator failed to show as agreed to provide transportation from a hotel to an airport. Fortunately I had allowed enough time for this type of calamity, so we did not miss our flights. I no longer trust Viator, and I don't recommend this shuttle copany.

Uncout taxi driver - The taxi driver, a woman was horrible. We requested a taxi for 2 persons and indicated that we had 3 checked suitcases. The driver arrived in a 3 door car, the trunk couldn't hold even 1 suitcase. My friend optef to take another taxi, while I went her. Worst mistake! She demanded more money from me. She claimed Viator did not include the toll in the fare. I wrote viator the same day I returned home, they have never responded.

Scammed and Stranded at my hotel lobby - Do NOT book with this service. Not only did the driver not respond to the Company’s call but the customer service team is unprofessional and rude. “The driver isn’t picking up the phone. What do you want me to do” is an unacceptable response! This company will leave you hanging with no explanation or accountability. Just use your hotel’s transportation. Using anything else feels like a scam and you will be stranded.

Contacted them once we... - Contacted them once we landed telling them what time to get us and then 45min later that we were waiting for them outside. They didn’t respond we waited an hour looking for them trying to call and get ahold of them yet we heard nothing back
