Outstanding Service from Start to Finish - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service — highly recommend! I found their listing but there was no availability, so I reached out and they made a time available for us. The day of, there was a mix-up and the original driver wasn’t available, but they quickly arranged another driver, Andres, and Fernando even came in person to help, which was really appreciated. We ended up taking an impromptu trip with 4 colleagues to El Tunco, Crypto Beach, La Libertad pier and Mercado, the national park, and Devil’s Gate, plus an extra scenic local stop Andres suggested. Comfortable van, smooth coordination, and truly above-and-beyond service.

Best Decision We Made in El Salvador - We had a fantastic experience using this transportation company for 3 days in El Salvador. We traveled as two families (9 people) and everything was seamless from booking to the final drop-off. We had three different drivers, all of whom were professional, friendly, and punctual. The van was very spacious and comfortable. A huge shout-out to Fernando Escobar, our coordinator—he was incredibly responsive, came to our hotel to send us off, and even helped arrange a beach hotel day pass and dinner reservation. Renting a car wouldn’t make sense—this service was stress-free, flexible, and absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend Pure Travel El Salvador - We booked a customized three-day private tour with Pure Travel El Salvador for four people, and it turned out to be an excellent decision. Fernando created a fully customized itinerary that fit our interests perfectly. He is extremely organized and attentive to details. Even though we did not hire an English-speaking guide, communication was never an issue. Fernando stayed in constant contact with both the driver and me via WhatsApp, making sure everything went smoothly and avoiding any miscommunication. (By the way, he does offer English-speaking guides for a small additional cost if you need one.) Every morning before our tour started, Fernando personally came to our Airbnb with the driver to review the itinerary for the day and make any necessary adjustments. He was very flexible — for example, he was happy to add stops at local grocery stores so we could shop and cook at our Airbnb when needed. The van provided was extremely comfortable. Even though there were only four of us, the van could easily accommodate up to eight people, making the rides spacious and relaxing. On top of that, the pricing was amazingly affordable, especially considering the level of service and comfort. Fernando also offers many other tours to different destinations throughout El Salvador. However, if you are traveling as a small group (three or four people), I strongly recommend asking him for a customized private tour — it’s by far the best way to experience the country. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely book with Pure Travel El Salvador again.
