The new vans, very comfortable, Air Conditioning in perfect condition for this hot time!!! Jesus attended us one way and explained the different experiences he could offer us! Great driver and transportation! - We hired Wild Loreto for transportation to our friend's home in Punta Chivato (north of Mulege). Booking online was easy and great communication. We were picked up by Estefan, who was waiting at the doorway from luggage area with a sign. Very nice, newer van with air conditioning and stero. Esteban is a fantastic driver and the nicest man. I immediately emailed and requested him for our return to Loreto 5 days later and were so happy we were able to have him drive again. I highly recommend this company and I spent a lot of time researching before I booked them. Thank you!

Safe reliable transportation - I had an excellent experience with the service and accommodations! The van was spotless, and Joselino, the driver, was both pleasant and professional. He provided a wealth of information about the Loreto area and suggested various activities. He also assisted us in booking a four-hour catamaran cruise, which turned out to be the most amazing experience I've ever had on a vacation! I cannot recommend Wild Loreto enough for all your transportation and excursion needs in Loreto! You will be incredibly satisfied with their services!

Peace of Mind - My college-aged daughter and a few friends spent several days in Loreto for spring break. I arranged for their airport transportation to and from the hotel for their stay. Wild Loreto Tours was great to work with. Very organized and good communicators, and was perfectly on time. It was such peace of mind to me knowing my daughter and her friends would be taken care of. We received our ride, but the communication and verification was lacking - The information from Viator for how to locate our car service was not clear. The confirmation said it was connected to Wild Loreto. There was no easy signage waiting for us when we got to the entryway in Loreto. We thought we may be greeted by someone holding our name on a sign (as is usual for car services). When I called the local number, we were told to look for a desk and signage for Wild Loreto. This signage was very small and connected to the Villa Del Palmar desk. When we walked up, the Wild Loreto person did not have record of us. Only after showing him our confirmation email/app visual did he find a driver for us. We had paid for a RT ($80 total for two people). Our ride was comfortable, friendly and quick. Strangely, after we got settled in our airbnb, we received the Viator review link. At this point, our reservation was only half complete (we still needed our pickup 6 days later). Also, when opening the Viator app, our reservation appeared in the "past reservations" tab, not as an active reservation. It all worked our, as luckily, during our stay, we happened to walk by the Wild Loreto offices a few times, so we intentionally went in the day before our return trip and verified that they would be picking us up the next day. All of this process on this day before leaving was very smooth, friendly and efficient. Our main dissatisfaction for the total transaction is with the Viator side/component - the lack of information telling us how to locate our ride when we arrived in Loreto, the app "error" thinking that our service was complete after the just the 1st leg of the round trip and the automatic sending of the review link right after we were dropped off on day one. We would recommend this experience to others, but with caution related to the issues listed in this review.
