Transfer to Cancun-BARCELO Mayan Caribbean-Cancun August 2023 - Good, but they don't fulfill everything they promised, we paid for the premium private service and they didn't give us the drinks or the discount coupons. They only offered us the courtesy stop but we didn't use it, luckily our driver Lupe offered us some cold beers on his behalf Since the company did not send the complimentary water or drink for which we paid and we did not receive any refund or apology from the company, upon return we preferred to pay for the economic service which arrived on time.

Rubbish company - This company is rubbish! Never book with them! Our family booked well in advance, and after getting off the plane, we waited for over an hour, but no one came to pick us up. We couldn't get through on the phone, and in the end, we had to take a bus to our hotel ourselves. We complained via email, and they said they would refund us, but we still haven't. It's a nightmare for us Mexican filter users, and it's a disgrace to Mexico. Please, please learn from this experience and never book with them.

BEWARE. Unreliable service to and from airport. - 40 min late to pickup, no rep at airport or to answer WhatsApp. Put in taxi since no van available. NO SHOWED for return after texting would be 15 mins late. Got email at 40 mins after departure time stating driver in traffic jam we need to find our own van $198 to get to airport no traffic. No offer of refund just credit for future travel. Pitiful. We come to Mexico at least once a year for last 20 years never been treated like garbage before.

Do not prepay. You go last; rather get other customers since you already paid - Terrible service; a scam….DONT PREPAY, if you prepay and they ask your itinerary, you will expect there will be someone around but NO. They say their policy is to wait around 15-20 minutos (my case was 40). There were tons of units from other companies as well as eTransfer BUT, as I prepaid, I go last since they prefere to get more customers… Don’t use eTransfer

Choose another Transportation Company - Paid in advance and when we met the E transfer personnel we were delayed for way beyond the 10 minutes promised. Then the driver came up with some excuse and then we were paraded thru the taxi stand and placed in a common cab company. We had planned to have our service make a grocery stop route. This never happened. I complained to E transfers and nothing was done. Avoid these clowns I could have taken a taxi and be far ahead of the game.

Bad service - Bad service 😠 They offer you baby seats in the vehicles but they don't have them. Their trucks don't have air conditioning (in Cancun 🥵) The seats are not safe and are broken (see attached photo)
