Great Car Service - We used Marco for both from the airport to downtown Rome. At the airport Marco’s associate met us there on time and quickly got us to our hotel. For our departure from the hotel to Civitavecchia there was a marathon that morning going right past our hotel. Marco was aware a couple of days early and forewarned us. We chatted at the pick up time and he stopped a block away while we got to his car. The local police weren’t happy with him but we were successful. A smooth drive to the cruise port wher we were dropped right at the door. Marco’s prices are competitive and service was great. I understand that he also does Rome tours. I would happily recommend Marco to anyone needing transportation in or around Rome

Ride was 50 min late! - Our van was 50 min late and it was older and not as described. After I contacted Viator, since they did not show on time, they said the driver was in an accident and they would be 30 min delayed. They did not contact me first and were in fact 50 min delayed. No apologies and the delay time was unacceptable.
