Once a booking is made, it is automatically confirmed. Upon arrival, a driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our company logo. Please contact us at the number provided on your ticket to confirm your arrival. We track your flight to ensure we know when you land and will wait for you as long as needed, at no extra charge, provided you have contacted us. We will wait for up to one hour after the flight’s arrival for your call; failure to contact us will be considered a no-show. Be cautious of individuals at the airport offering alternative transportation services; they may falsely claim our driver is not present or has left. After collecting your luggage, proceed directly to the exit hall where your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name and our company logo.

One day before your departure, please call the number on your ticket to confirm your pick-up time. We will arrange for you to arrive at the airport 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight departs. Your room number will be requested to finalize the driver’s pick-up order. The driver will be at the pick-up location 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time, holding a sign with your name.
