   Upon booking, a confirmation email will be sent to you containing your tour details and the contact information of the local operator.

2. Communication with Tour Operator
   You may reach out to the tour operator via messaging, email, or WhatsApp to confirm your pickup time, location, flight details, and any special requests.

3. Pre-Tour Coordination
   All final arrangements will be confirmed beforehand, including your pickup location (whether airport or hotel), driver details, and vehicle type. If arriving by flight, please provide your flight number so the driver can monitor your arrival time. Pickup from an alternative location can also be arranged if necessary.

4. Pickup
   Your driver or tour guide will meet you at the designated pickup location. If arriving at Bandaranaike International Airport, the driver will be in the arrival area holding a sign with your name, assist with your luggage, and escort you to your vehicle. In case of a flight delay, the driver will wait for you using your flight details. If pickup is from a hotel or another location, the driver will arrive at the agreed time and place.

5. Tour Journey Begins
   Your private tour will commence as planned, with the flexibility to make stops or adjustments along the way.

6. Sightseeing & Transfers
   Your driver will ensure a comfortable journey between destinations. You can explore popular sites such as Colombo (the capital city), Kandy (a city rich in cultural heritage), Sigiriya (a renowned rock fortress), Galle (a historic coastal city), Ella (a picturesque hill country), and Nuwara Eliya (a tea plantation region). Stops for sightseeing, meals, and rest breaks can be arranged during the journey.

7. Final Drop-off
   At the conclusion of the tour, you will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport on time as planned.
