Great time. Would definitely book again! - We had such a great time & were very happy with our experience. We booked a private 12 hour driver for our family of 4. The price was a little over $400 and was well worth it. We could have fit up to 8 passengers in the van. We had done a group tour in the past to visit some of the same places last year, but did not like the restrictions of being stuck with a large group and on a specific schedule & were much happier with this private ride. We were able to visit chichen itza, Oman cenote and go to a restaurant for dinner. Tim reached out to me shortly after booking to get an idea of what our desired itinerary was & gave us some great suggestions. Philippe was our driver & was wonderful. He was kind and patient with us. He shared tips with us at each location and even stopped multiple times for us to use the bathroom on our longer ride. 🤣 we would absolutely book with them again!

Amazing driver - unforgettable birthday experience! - The tour we took with Tim was so amazing! I celebrated my 50th birthday that day and Tim made sure it was very special and memorable! On our tour, we visited the Coba and Tulum ruins, experienced a sacred Mayan blessing from a shaman in a cute Mayan village, and swam in a magical cave cenote. It was the perfect birthday experience! I can’t thank Tim enough for that! He not only helped with the planning by providing us with great ideas for places to see, including an amazing cenote, but was also a fun, knowledgeable and considerate driver. He even surprised us with a box of chocolates for my birthday! I can’t say enough good things about Tim, and I highly recommend booking an excursion with him, especially if you want an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience! :-)

Personal Driver and Personalized Itinerary! - We booked 2 separate days with Tim. First, we did the Chichen Itza area and the 2nd day we did Tulum and the area. For both days, having your own private driver opened up a lot of flexibility and unique experiences. We were able to arrive in Chichen Itza earlier than the big tour groups so it wasn’t as packed when we arrived. Note that there’s a small extra charge with the early pick up. Tim provided excellent recommendations for restaurants that we wouldn’t have had a chance to taste in a bigger tour group. I highly suggest booking with him to secure specific days and then plan your itinerary afterwards. Tim was good about contacting me as soon as I booked, and we worked out an itinerary based on my preferences and his myriad of suggestions. Don’t forget to get extra pesos as you’ll need it to pay for tolls and parking at the various sites.

12 hours Family day out - Group of 6 booked private transport for 12 hours. Visited Chichen Itza, ilk kill cenote and Valladolid. Fantastic day out. Tim was really helpful and friendly. We would highly recommend Teve Tours for trips out

Amazing day - Wow - great day. So pleased we booked with Teve Tours. We booked a 12 hour private driver and it didn’t disappoint. Tim was so incredibly helpful beforehand guiding us in the best things to do. We chose to visit Chichen Itza, Valladolid and a fab cenote. Also had an awesome restaurant recommended for lunch. Our teenage daughters loved it all, as did we. Felipe our driver for the day, was brilliant and a great safe driver - thank so much. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Teve Transfers and Tours if I was over in Mexico again. Thank you :)

10/10 Recommend!! - We hired Tim as our private driver for a full day from Cancun, and it was one of the best decisions of our trip. We had the full 12 hours at our disposal and visited Tulum – Mayan ruins, the wooden sculptures, the Cenote Club Vesica and Playa del Carmen. Everything went absolutely stress-free.
Tim is incredibly friendly, attentive, and easy to talk to. We had great conversations, enjoyed good music throughout the ride. The car has air conditioning and Tim provided us cold drinks.
He always gave us clear directions on where to go and even helped us purchase tickets to avoid overpaying, which we truly valued. His local knowledge and support made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
We would absolutely do it again and can highly recommend Tim to anyone looking for a reliable and personable private driver. We felt safe the whole time!

Don't book anyone else! - We weren't quite sure what we wanted to do as it was our first time. We have two girls ages 7 and 8. Tim made tons of suggestions and we had a full day that couldn't have been better. Our kids will never forget how much stuff we did. He knew all the locals and we went to all the great places without the big crowds. Tim went above and beyond and did way more than expected. He took the lead on everything and my girls gave him the biggest hug when we had to say goodbye. No reason to do anything else than send him a message, Tell him what you want to do or have to make suggestions. Your day couldn't be any better.

First Class Service! - I came across Teve Transfers as a forum recommendation whilst searching for a private driver for a trip to Chichen Itza (really didn't want to sit on a bus full of people doing endless hotel pick-ups). The service they offered was exactly what I was looking for and at a really good price too. I felt confident with the excellent feedback they had and they certainly did not disappoint!
From the moment I booked, I was contacted by Tim who was beyond helpful with suggestions of places to visit. His replies were always fast and informative. Faultless service.
Our driver Felipe was punctual, fluent in English, helpful and knowledgeable. A truly likable guy.
I'm not normally one for leaving reviews but I couldn't not do in this instance. First class service all round. I would and certainly will use again next time I am in Cancun. Bravo!
