Excellent service and accommodating - Our flight was delayed and arrived in Auckland over an hour late. The transfer service contacted us PROOR to departure, approximately 17 hours before our arrival time, to say they noticed we had been delayed and they would need to adjust our pickup time with their schedule. When we landed late, the transfer company kept us informed of our driver’s location. The driver, Garry, even called us. Garry was extremely helpful and pleasant and was an excellent driver. The vehicle, a VW SUV, was comfy and clean. I have had other transfer services cancel when our plane was delayed by more than an hour. But, they kept us well informed and, after a 15 hour flight, it was great to know they were still going to get us. Thank you Garry and the service!

Great service - Easy to book! Only problem we had was not having a clue where to meet the driver. We walked to the location of the pick up Spot only to find out he was inside the airport. Fabulous vehicle and so clean!!!

Excellent Airport Pickup Experience - Viator and the car service made it incredibly easy to connect with the driver, Taran, and to find the driver after a very long journey from the US and a lengthy immigration process. Taran was professional, pleasant, and very helpful. I would be very happy to use this service anytime I return to Auckland.

Great service! - The Driver was on time, courteous, and friendly . We were stressed about getting to the airport on time and he did a great job helping us feel less stressed.

Good, but......... - Our Airport pickup was over an hour late due to breakdown of vehicle. Operator did not know of this until I called that we had not been picked up. Once transportation arrived, the driver was excellent and the van was wonderful.

Terrible Experience - My friends booked an airport transfer with this company, there was no one at the Auckland Airport to meet us, we waited at the Meeting point for a while and then took a taxi to our hotel. We left messages but the driver called us when we were already at the hotel. Not professional at all.
