Great trip from Airport. - We arrived early in the day and wanted to make the most of our time so we opted for personal travel to hotel. We found our driver easily and the ride was uneventful. We arrived at the hotel at least an hour ahead of any if the shared ride services. Ivan was our driver and did a fine job. Car was clean and smelled nice. It was worth the cost to get more time at the resort

Amazing experience! - When we arrived to Cancun, we had difficulties with the car we rented and ended up having to cancel it. My friend who had previously been to Cancun shared Aleman Travel Transport’s contact and we contacted then immediately. Within 5 minutes we had coordinated with them our transportation to Tulum at a great price. They picked us up within 15 minutes and we headed to Tulum! Their service was amazing and we fully recommend them!!

Personal car service with a smile. - The drivers were really nice. The first driver gave us history of the place and took us for tacos. I would recommend them.

Amazing service and great driver. - The driver was wonderful. He supplied beverages and had a clean vehicle. I asked him to take me for local tacos on the way to the resort from the airport and he did. The place we went to was very good. He was very hospitable. The only issue was that he was not at the airport waiting when I got there. The agent at the airport called him and then he came. I was not too upset because our plane was 30 minutes late. He came as soon as called about 8 minutes later. I would definitely use them again.

Terrible experience - I wouldn’t have given 1 star but it didn’t let me go forward. My drive was an hour late, needless to say I then had to take a 85 dollar cab ride to the airport. Thankfully flights were delayed otherwise I would’ve missed my flight. How do I go about requesting a refund???
