• In the event of a flight delay, flight information will be checked in advance to adjust the pick-up time accordingly. For connecting flights, only the flight details printed on this voucher can be checked.

• If you are unable to find the local representative for any reason, it is your responsibility to call the number provided on your voucher for assistance before making any alternative arrangements.

• If there are any changes to your pick-up or drop-off details, you must update your booking immediately.

• Unless otherwise noted, each person is allowed one piece of medium-sized luggage. Hand luggage should be small enough to be carried on your lap. If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for a taxi to transport your luggage.
