For Airport to Hotel (A/H):
The driver will be stationed at the designated pick-up area and will transport you directly to your hotel. Please provide the pick-up name, flight number, and exact drop-off address when booking the transfer service. The driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour after your flight’s actual landing time.

For Hotel to Airport (H/A):
The driver will meet you in the hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name. Please provide the pick-up name, pick-up time, and flight number when booking the transfer service. The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time.
