Transfer from Istanbul Airport to hotel l in the Sultahmahmet - Express Service at Istanbul Airport Exit 14. Correct and timely indications. Half beautiful and wide. Only problem our driver did not speak English and could not get to the hotel because in a pedestrian area.... He made a mistake and after a while he tried. we made him leave further away and we did 200 meters on foot with the staff of the tree that came to meet us!!!!! Very good and correct price with what was agreed

They ignored me even though they have received the money and gave me confirmation number for my booking - Attention please, never ever use there services because you will end up losing your money time and your flight, if you need proof and details of there bad services please don’t hesitate to contact me

Not a good experience - But my main criticism is the totally bad handling. You give flight number when booking, but nothing (!) is prepared. After leaving the safety zone, you go to the counter, where you are told "5min". After 15 minutes you are called, then walk with a member of staff to the end of the terminal. To wait there another 15min. Then comes the next employee, who then takes you to the parking garage from the airport, where another 50 to 100 people are charged on the taxis of all (!) Taxi Service waiting. There you are again 15min. So I waited for a taxi from 11:30 to 12:15. 45min for what? The ride itself was ok. I had a Maybach Mercdes from the airport to the east of town. The ride itself was ok, the Maybach being such a fancy V-Class and really not worth the money. No desk to work with, relatively little legroom. Really not worth the money. So next time you can save yourself the advance booking. Just arrive at the airport. Booking by at least be Instanbul Shuttle Port is no use.

They didn't pick us up and they didn't explained us why... - We are so upset and angry for their irresponsability and very bad service today. We were waiting Transfer for 45 minutes and they did not pick us up .Eventually we had to call a taxi. They didn'd give us apologies, neither an explication yet. We were calling them and writing as well, and now, 12 hours later, they had'nt answered yet.
