Review for Fatma – Outstanding Support and Kindness - I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Fatma, who works for a taxi company in Istanbul. I booked a ride with their service to Sabiha Gökçen Airport and, during the ride, realized halfway through that I had forgotten my documents on a bus I previously traveled with. In a moment of panic, I reached out to Fatma for help – and what she did went far beyond her duties. She quickly arranged a trip for me to the bus terminal, booked a new driver, informed him of the situation, and even personally contacted the Arda Tour bus company to ask what steps I needed to take to find my documents. She coordinated everything flawlessly. Fatma stayed in touch with me the entire time – even while I was on my way to Antalya – offering support, following up on my situation, and making sure I was okay. Thanks to her dedication, I was able to find my documents and continue my journey safely. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help in a stressful situation truly touched me. Fatma is an incredible person, and I am sincerely thankful for everything she did. She turned a disaster into a solvable problem – and I will never forget that.

Great Shuttle Service - We used the shuttle from Istanbul airport to our hotel. It was a well oiled machine! We received several messages prior to our arrival. They were waiting for us as promised. Our trip from the airport to the hotel was flawless. Highly recommend them

You can be confident in this choice for transportation - Absolutely fantastic service. We used them to and from the airport. They are very professional and super efficient. Instructions were very clear on how to find them at the airport. Nice vans, great drivers, and smooth trips into the city and back to the airport. When they picked us up to go back to the airport, they were exactly on time and again, have a very buttoned up process. They do everything that they could and should to make sure your experience is flawless. Communication with them was very easy and responsive through TripAdvisor and WhatsApp. I would highly recommend this business for your transportation needs in Istanbul.
