a) The driver will display a sign with the leader’s name for each transfer, even if it is outside a hotel.
b) For transfers from hotels, Airbnb, or apartments, the complimentary waiting time from the scheduled appointment is 25 minutes. Additional waiting time or cancellations without a refund may incur extra charges. These options can be discussed with the travelers and the head office.
c) All transfers include a bottle of water per person and WiFi access.
d) Our transportation vehicles include Mercedes Benz E Class 200, Mercedes Benz Minivan, or Skoda Octavia SUV. All drivers speak English, adhere to a dress code, and the vehicles are fully air-conditioned.

e) The price is for a one-way route only.
f) The price includes 24/7 pickup with no additional cost for night transfers.
g) We can pick up customers from any location within the Kyllini region.
h) In the event of a strike in the city center or a special event affecting the transfer, the start time, drop-off time, or itinerary may change under the operator’s instructions and with the customer’s agreement.
i) Please provide as much contact information as possible to the operator, even after booking.
If customers require additional services such as extra rides, kilometers, stops, waiting time, or business flexibility, there will be an extra cost. Customers must contact the head office or operator after booking. Extra charges will be paid to the driver in cash or by card.
j) The operator will use only taxi-cabs for this transfer, with each taxi accommodating 3-4 persons.
k) The operator can use Mercedes Benz E200 sedan-station wagons and Skoda Octavia SUV brands.
l) For infant seats, please contact the operator for availability after booking.
m) If customers wish to book a return transfer, they must contact the operator after the initial booking.
n) The waiting time at the meeting point is 25 minutes. If customers do not appear, the transfer will be marked as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
o) Each customer is allowed one piece of cabin luggage (8-10 kg) and one large luggage up to 28 kg. Extra luggage will incur additional charges.
p) Baby trolleys are accepted upon contact with the operator. Be aware that if the baby trolley affects the overall space, there will be an extra cost. Bicycles and sports equipment are not accepted.

• We can pick our customers up from wherever they want inside the region of Kyllini
• If there is a Strike in The city Center or a special event that effects,the transfer may change start time or ITINERARY under the instructions of the operator and the agreement of the customer
• Please provide as much as possible contact details to the operator even after the booking
• If the customers want extra services like ,extra rides - klm,extra stops,waiting time,business flexibility there will be an extra cost and the customer must contact the head office - operator after from the booking.The extra amounts will be payed to the driver in cash/card

• If the customers want to book also the Return transfer,they must contact to the operator after from the primary booking.
• The waiting time in the meeting point will be 25 minutes,if the customers do not appear then the transfer will be marked as a NON show and you will not be refunded.
• Each customer can carry one piece of cabin luggage 8-10 kl & one large luggage up to 28 kl extra luggage will charged
• Baby trolley is accepted under contact with The operator,be aware if the trolley of the baby affect the whole transfer it will be an extra cost.Bicycles are not accepted,sports equipment is not accepted.
