Best way to travel! - Great experience. Great communication and even let us know that we left our nice headphones in the van and brought them to us. Rosario specifically was awesome. Would definitely use again when coming to the DR.

My Shero - I had the worst start to my vacation by missing my flight. I was so angry and then started looking for transportation from a different airport that was now more than an hour away from our resort. I found Jennifer at DSRR and she was my Shero!! She emailed me right back when I contacted her, set me up with a shuttle for the whole family, and the Driver was awesome. My Driver was Luis and he waited an hour for us to get out of the airport and greeted us with a smile. I’m thankful to God for helping me find their company today! Blessings on them

Excellent airport transfer as always!!! - This is our third time using DSRR for our airport transfer from Santiago, DR to Puerto Plata, DR and back. Both Johny was on time to pick us up at the airport and Jose to pick us up from the resort for our return flight home. Both drivers were extremely courteous and friendly. They were great drivers and we felt extremely safe at all times. We have never had a bad experience with this company. They also offer some great excursions that we have taken in the past. This time we didn’t want to do any excursions since we have actually done most all of them previously. I highly recommend DSRR. Rosario runs a tight ship and Jennifer is very helpful and responsive in responding to questions. This is the only company we use when we come to the DR. You will not be disappointed if you book with them.

Best prices around - This is my second I’m using DSRR. Our flight was late this time around and then we got stuck in customs. By the time we got out, we were two hours later than expected. Our driver was still there waiting for us. We have also taken private transport and tours with this company previously. They are always on time and very courteous. Their prices are better than anyone else’s. I would highly recommend them.

Excelente servicio - Friendly staff, they knew their way around. Offered free wifi and drinks. They confirm the day before through text message. Very responsive.

Easy and professional - Our driver Lilo was waiting for us right outside of the airport and took us right to the vehicle. We felt completely safe and there was WiFi available. I would highly recommend them transport to Puerto Plata which is a hour and half drive from Santiago airport.
