【Airport Pickup (HND ➝ Tokyo)】
Your driver will meet you at the designated pickup location. If you have chosen the Meet & Greet option, the driver will welcome you inside the arrival hall with a sign displaying your name.

It is advisable to schedule your airport pickup 60–120 minutes after your flight’s scheduled landing to accommodate time for immigration and baggage claim. By default, the pickup is set for 60 minutes after your flight’s arrival, with 30 minutes of complimentary waiting time included.

【Airport Drop-off (Tokyo ➝ HND)】
The driver will collect you from your specified location in Central Tokyo. A 15-minute complimentary waiting period is included. You will be dropped off at the airport with assistance for your luggage.
