Our contact person all throughout was David and he was very professional: giving us detailed instructions (with pictures) on the airport pickup location and driver contact information, offering suggestions on what to do or where to go, and providing tips on visiting Guangzhou places of interest. We used them for a round-trip airport-hotel transfer and a one-day city tour. After clearing Immigration and Customs at Baiyun International Airport, our driver Mr. Liu was in the Arrival Hall to meet us and drive us to our hotel in a clean and comfortable Buick minivan (which we had chosen prior to arrival). He also drove us back to the airport on our return. For our 8-hour city tour, Mr. Liu brought us to different places (Guangzhou Library, Museum, Opera House, Canton Tower, Beijing Road, and Shamian Island), communicated with us in English and Mandarin, and was quick to pick us up whenever we were ready to move on to the next attraction. Our short 3-day Guangzhou trip could not have gone any more smoother without the kind and able services of David and Mr. Liu. We were able to visit many places and navigate through the city with their help. As such, we highly recommend Mr. Orange and would undoubtedly use them again the next time we visit Guangzhou (or even Beijing, Shanghai, and the other cities where their services are available)!
