Excellent - From pick up to drop off absolutely 100% . Our driver was extremely polite and couldn't be more helpful, he recommended places to go, restaurants to try and was very well presented.

Super - Thank you so much for all the valuable suggestions. He supported us from the airport to our apartment near Piazza Nuova, and we also agreed with him the transfer to the salt mines and also the airport.

Amazing service! Thankyou guys - Would fully recommend booking with them, such an easy process, came into the welcome hall in the airport, (forgive me I can’t remember his name) but my man was there at the front holding a sign with my name, very friendly and welcoming, vito mercs were excellent transportation, organised to pick me up and had Hubert for my return journey, again he was very friendly and had a great conversation with him the whole journey, I took his number as I want to rebook with them for there brilliant service for when I come back in may, Hubert recommended great spots and locations for next time, can’t fault this service one bit! Very happy

Efficient and friendly airport transfer - We were delayed in immigration by about 2 hrs. Company called to check on us and driver met us as agreed. People carrier big and comfy. Great service

Perfect transfer to airport - Peter picked us up from our hotel for our transfer back to the airport. He was exactly on time in a clean car with a boot big enough for 2 decent sized suitcases. On the way he was chatty and pointed out more things of interest as we drove. I can highly recommend this company.

Professional Trustworthy Service - We thorughly recommrnd this service. Our flights were delayed by 5 hours and we were met in arrivals at nearly midnight. Our driver Hubert was professiobal friendly and informative. Provided good advice and info.

Brilliant service, 100% recommend. - Tomasz provided a brilliant service & gave lots of hints and tips on the city. He also found us a booking for Auschwich when our planned tripadvisor guide changed the trip details to something completely unreasonable (which we heard was a common scam). Also used this service for return transfer, definitely recommend and would advise using for additional trips/site seeing which can be agreed direct with Tomasz and his team.

100% Recommend - I’m so glad I chose Hubert and his services over a taxi/uber. Very seamless! He was in the waiting area, holding a sign with my name on it, and took me to his car, which was parked right on the curb. We had pleasant conversation(in English) and he gave me several ideas on where to eat and what to do while I was in Krakow. He was able to drop me off right at my Airbnb, even though it was in Old Town. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe and very well taken care of. So much so, that I used him to return to the airport. Thank you, Hubert, for the wonderful service!

Great experience - Communication from booking to pick up was exceptional. Tomas gave us good information on the journey from the airport. Tomas also organised a Auschwitz/Birkenau trip for us which was a great addition. For this Lukas picked us up at the agreed time from our hotel, took us to the trip and then waited to bring us back to the hotel. Price for the trip for 4 people was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend .

Couldn’t use transfer as flight cancelled. - We did not use the transfer that we’d paid for because our flight was cancelled due to fog. Disappointed because we missed our trip.
