Nesang was great - We had Nesang Thokar drive us to the airport in the early hours of the morning. He was wonderful to chat to and was so accommodating when I felt sick half way through. A very good and skilled driver, slowing right down when he realised how I felt.

Transfer from airport Naples to Amalfi with Lombardi - Our driver Lombardi was already waiting for us to greet us at the terminal. Lombardi is a safe driver and very friendly. He provided us with lots of information about the destination, things to do, favorite foods and restaurants. It was a pleasant experience and a lot less hassle (especially if you travel with luggage) than using the ferry because it’s “door to door“

Best taxi driver - We booked a taxi from Naples to Minori. Communication with the driver was fabulous. We were informed by the driver hours in advance and when he arrived, of course. He was very nice and attentive. I've never seen a taxi driver like that. Grazie Carmine Vertagilo 👌👍👍👍

Awful experience - I was told to give a pick up time and we were at the spot 15 minutes ahead of time. I was not told they went by the train schedule. I gave us extra time after our train in case we were delayed, my pick up time was 4 pm he came at the train time. It cost us $200 to get anugger ride from Naples to Amalfi. I used visitor for all our tours and they are refusing to refund us for misrepresenting. Here I thought I was being kind to give us extra time so he wouldn’t have to wait but in the end got screwed. I am very disappointed and not sure if I will continue to use Viator. All the other tours went well, thus put a damper on it.
