Once the booking is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the guest, detailing the pickup and drop-off times and dates. This email will also include information about the vehicle and driver. Drivers will arrive at the airport 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. At the arrivals area, guests will find their drivers holding tablets displaying the guest’s name. If guests are unable to locate their driver, they are encouraged to message or call the driver or ask anyone nearby for Global Connections (company name). After meeting and greeting, the driver will escort the guest to the vehicle, ensuring they are comfortably seated before loading the luggage. Once on board, the driver will confirm the drop-off location with the guest and inform them of the travel time from the airport to the destination. Throughout the journey, drivers will maintain active communication with guests, providing an informative on-road tour. Upon reaching the drop-off location, the driver will reconfirm the next return or pickup date and time with the guest.
