Definitely recommend - Great car and really efficient. Fantastic customer service on WhatsApp too. Just be mindful that Tokyo traffic is crazy so your 70 min trip can take 2 hours+.

Great communication and service - From the get go, the communication was great, with constant updates given. The driver was prompt and on time. We travelled between Shinjuku and Narita Airport. Unfortunately, the traffic was quite congested, so the 70 minute car ride ended up being 120 minutes. I would recommend allowing extra time, just in case. I would definitely use this service again.

Pleasant transport - Using WhatsApp. The communication was clear and easy to follow. Our driver was very helpful, pull up to the curb near us once we sent him a picture of our location, loaded our luggage efficiently and safely drove us to our hotel. He was also helpful in showing some of the highlights along the way

Not too happy with the experience - Flight was canceled due to the bad weather, informed the operator right away and followed up with an updated flight information. I've also signed up for "Meet & Greet" so the driver could help on the luggages since I am traveling with my son. Upon arrival, I was contacted by the operator to take a picture of my luggages so the driver will recognize me by the pick up area, so I did what I was told. We got to the pickup area with luggages, I didn't see anyone holding a sign with my name. I walked back & forth in the area for a few times, bought a bottle of water for my son, contacted the operator for at least 6-7 times by phone & by texts. Nobody responded. 20 minutes later, the operator contacted me and apologized that she lost connection on the phone, therefore, she didn't get my texts. She said the driver went to the bathroom. I was upset, the driver was at the bathroom for 20 minutes ??? He came back & didn't apologize & nor helping on the luggages. I have to asked him to help on the luggages. Where is the "meet & greet" service ? But, I still need to pay for the service because they said otherwise I will have to get p/u at the designated area so I paid. It's not lots of money, but I just felt like I am not getting what I paid for.

Unusual transport today from Narita to Intercontinental Hotel - Very happy with all previous Viator transport and private excursion services but this was first driver who performed poorly. Late pickup, not helpful with transporting luggage to vehicle, his GPS constantly needed resetting while driving, trouble locating major hotel and finally dropping us off at wrong entrance. He needs to be reevaluated or retrained.

Rude driver - Driver was supposed to be waiting with a sign when we arrived, he was not there. When he finally arrived he was very unfriendly, spoke no English and did not even try to communicate with us in any way. He was clearly agitated by the heavy traffic which was to be expected at rush hour. Dropped us off without a word! Very rude. We complained to the operator and were refunded the extra fee we paid for the meet and greet and said they would increase training. However, it was not a pleasant way to start our trip.
