A private door-to-door transfer is available from any address in Plovdiv (hotel, home, or Plovdiv Airport) to any address in Sofia or to Sofia Airport (SOF). The price is per vehicle rather than per person and covers the driver, fuel, road tolls, and insurance.

Choose the vehicle that suits the group:

• Sedan (up to 3 people with regular luggage)
• Minivan 6+1 (recommended for 4 or more people, or for skis or large luggage)
• Minibus (up to 16)

The journey covers approximately 150 km and typically takes 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 15 minutes, depending on traffic and the exact addresses.

How it works:

1. Book and provide the pickup address, a phone number with WhatsApp, and the number of passengers and bags.
2. For Sofia Airport drop-offs, the flight departure time should be added, and the pickup time will be arranged so there is plenty of time to spare.
3. Before pickup, the driver contacts the passenger on WhatsApp (or by phone) and sends a photo of the car.
4. The driver takes passengers directly to their destination, with no other passengers and no extra stops unless requested.

Child seats are available on request and should be mentioned at the time of booking.

A fixed price per vehicle is agreed in advance - no meter, no surprises. Fuel, road tolls, and insurance are all included.

The Operator provides clean, air-conditioned vehicles with phone chargers and seat belts on every seat. Child seats are available on request.

• Drivers are available for support and help to senior passengers, children or passengers with disabilities.
• Seatbelts are fitted on every seat in all our vehicles and must be worn by all passengers (Bulgarian law).
• Child and infant seats are free of charge on request. Please tell us each child’s age and weight when booking (at least 24 hours before pickup): infant seat 0-13 kg, child seat 9-18 kg, booster 15-36 kg.
• All our drivers are professionally licensed, and every vehicle is fully insured for passenger transport.
• Our vehicles are regularly serviced and maintained, and cleaned before every transfer.
