Once a private transfer is booked from Port Canaveral to Lake Buena Vista Resorts, Viator will send a standard confirmation email.

Upon receiving the booking, the operator will import and meticulously review all details in the system to ensure all essential information is available for a smooth and successful service, including date, time, cruise terminal, cruise ship name, and resort destination.

After this verification, the operator will send a confirmation, allowing the customer to double-check that all details are correct.

One day before the transfer, the system will automatically send the driver’s information and pickup details, including:

• Port terminal
• Pickup time
• Destination (Lake Buena Vista resorts)

This provides time to address any discrepancies or last-minute changes that may have been overlooked.

On the day of service, the customer will receive:

• A “Driver on the Way” notification approximately 60 minutes before pickup
• A notification once the driver has arrived at the port terminal

At Port Canaveral:

• Pickups are conducted at the designated shuttle pickup area for the terminal
• Vehicles are clearly marked with the ATC logo
• The driver/guide will hold a sign with the lead passenger’s name, call out the name, and confirm the destination to ensure accuracy and avoid delays

After drop-off at the Lake Buena Vista resort, a survey message will be sent to share and rate the experience.
