Our top priority is to provide a safe, trained, certified, and, whenever possible, bilingual driver. Due to high demand, we are nearly fully booked during your travel dates, and currently, bilingual drivers are unavailable. However, our non-bilingual drivers can understand basic English commands, such as requests for bathroom or grocery stops. They can also use a translator via our van’s Wi-Fi or contact our office for additional assistance. Please note that there is still a chance your driver may be bilingual, as cancellations or schedule changes could occur, freeing up our current availability.
