Nahuentur is Santiago's Best Transportation Service! - CICAR Turismo declined my request for transportation from Santiago Airport to my hotel in the Las Condes neighborhood and provided me with no reason. I searched for alternatives and found Nahuentur, then booked my transfer with them. I am so glad I chose Nahuentur because they were fantastic. They contacted me early on WhatsApp to confirm every detail, which I really appreciated. On the day of travel they kept communication open between me, the tour operator and my driver. I never worried that I would be left waiting or wandering around the airport in search of my driver. The entire process was flawless. After I cleared customs, I exited the terminal and saw my driver waiting with a sign bearing my name. He helped me with my extra bag and guided me to a covered car parked right next to the airport. We departed safely and arrived at my hotel without any delays. The experience was so positive that I booked my return ride from the hotel to the airport with Nahuentur a few weeks later. That trip was just as smooth and reliable. Nahuentur will always be my preferred transportation provider whenever I am in Santiago. I recommend them to anyone visiting the city because you will not be disappointed.

Beware! - Don't book transportation through Viator in Santiago or Santiago airport. It is a scam. Our 1st booking from airport to hotel was bad experience as driver and vehicle did not show up. Our 2nd booking the vendor asked for $200 USD more than the original price of $350 USD to transport from Santiago to San Antonio Cruise terminal.
