Choose your preferred route (Haneda Airport to Cruise Port or Cruise Port to Haneda Airport) and select a vehicle type that suits your group size and luggage needs. Child seats are available for an additional fee; please specify in the “Special Requirements” section during checkout or contact us beforehand.

24 Hours Before:
For your convenience, our support team will provide your driver’s details, vehicle plate number, and a photo of the meeting point via Viator message, WhatsApp, or email, ensuring a seamless connection.

Pickup Details:
From Haneda Airport (HND): Your driver will be waiting at the Arrival Hall Exit (inside the terminal) with a personalized Name Sign. We monitor your flight status and offer 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your actual landing time, so you can proceed through customs at your own pace.
From Tokyo / Yokohama Cruise Port: Your driver will be at the designated passenger pick-up area outside your terminal with a Name Sign at your scheduled time. We track your ship’s arrival and provide 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time after docking.

The Journey:
Enjoy a comfortable ride in a clean, climate-controlled private vehicle. Experience a direct and efficient transfer between Haneda Airport and your cruise terminal.

Duration: Approximately 30-40 minutes (depending on traffic conditions and whether you are heading to the Tokyo or Yokohama terminal). Our private transfer is much faster and more comfortable than navigating crowded Tokyo trains with heavy cruise luggage.
