It is recommended to arrive at least 2 hours before international flights at any airport.

• For flights departing from Tulum Airport (TQO), we will arrange your pickup 3 hours before your flight’s departure time.

To ensure the correct rate and avoid errors in your booking, please select the option (rate/rating) that matches the exact location of your hotel or villa:

Option 1: Tulum Airport (TQO) - Tulum

Area: Tulum Downtown, Zama Village, La Veleta, and the Hotel Zone.

Option 2: Airport - Tankah/Akumal

Area: From Dreams Tulum, through Tankah, including Soliman Bay, to Akumal.

Option 3: Airport - Playa del Carmen

Area: From Xpu Ha/Puerto Aventuras to Playa del Carmen (including Playacar).

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
