1. Booking Confirmation
   After booking, a confirmation message will be sent with all necessary details: pickup time, location, and contact information. Feel free to message directly through Viator/TripAdvisor for any inquiries.

2. Pre-Trip Contact
   A day before your trip, we will reach out to confirm details and provide the driver’s name and contact number.

3. Pickup

   • Airport Pickup: Your driver will be at the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name.
   • Hotel Pickup: Your driver will meet you at the main entrance or a pre-arranged location.
   • We ensure timely, direct pickup — no waiting, no ride sharing.

4. Vehicle Details
   Travel in a clean, spacious minibus featuring:

   • Reclining leather seats
   • Air conditioning
   • Ample space for luggage and ski gear
   • Private, direct service (no stops unless requested)

5. During the Trip

   • Enjoy a smooth, direct ride to your destination.
   • Upon request, a scenic route can be taken (e.g., along the Sea-to-Sky Highway to Whistler).
   • Water is available on board upon request.

6. Drop-Off
   You will be dropped off directly at your hotel, home, or specified address—no walking or additional stops.
