• Direct Transfers: We do not stop at other hotels, ensuring a direct transfer to your hotel or chosen destination.

• Supermarket Stops: If a stop at a supermarket is required, we offer this service for an additional fee of $25 per hour. Please book in advance.

• Accurate Destination Selection: Make sure to select the correct destination when booking. If the chosen service doesn’t match, you will need to pay the difference to adjust to the correct amount.

• Multiple Terminal Pickups: For arrivals with multiple flights, we provide pickups at different terminals for an additional fee of $15.

• ⏰ Time Tolerance: For transfers and departures, a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes is allowed. After this time, it will be considered a “no show.”

IMPORTANT: If an incorrect booking is made, the difference for the correct destination must be paid, or the correct service must be rebooked.
