Once a customer books a trip from Hanoi to Sapa or the other way around, the operator will reach out to confirm the pick-up time and location.

The operator will arrive at the hotel 5-10 minutes early to collect the customer.

Complimentary bottled water is provided for the journey.

For a trip lasting approximately 5 to 6 hours, customers are welcome to bring snacks.

The driver will make stops at highway rest areas for restroom breaks and snack purchases if needed.

Upon arrival at the hotel in Sapa, the driver will assist with luggage and bid farewell to the customers.

Note: As this journey takes place on the highway, there will be no stops for sightseeing.
