Kindly exit the customs hall and proceed to your right. Before leaving the airport premises, you will find a small cafe named “Cafe Baretto”. Once you exit the building, your driver will be waiting for you outside with a sign.

The transfer price is applicable for up to two passengers. Please provide your flight arrival details.

We are not liable for any transfer delays caused by traffic, accidents, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control. It is advisable to plan your journey accordingly.

A small vehicle, such as a compact car or sedan, will be sent. If a larger vehicle is needed for comfort or additional luggage, please reach out to us.

Drop-offs in Santa Catarina Palopo and San Antonio Palopo incur an extra charge due to distance and time (consider Tzampoc/Casa Palopo).

• Private transportation

We provide you a private taxi transfer between La Aurora International Airport in Guatemala City, and Panajachel at Lake Atitlan, at your custom departure time. Your driver will await you in the airport’s Cafe Baretto for those going to Panajachel. Please specify a pickup address for those traveling from Panajachel to the airport. Anticipate 4 hours travel time (although its usually a bit shorter).

• Car seats are not legally required in Guatemala. If you are traveling with a child, please bring your own child safety seat or have your child sit on your lap.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
