The customer can reach out via phone or email to make bookings. The operator will either respond directly by phone or be notified of a new inquiry through the business email, depending on the customer’s chosen method. The operator will then contact the customer to discuss details such as pricing, timing, dates, and the pickup/drop-off location.

2. Transfer from a specific location to/from the Airport

Typically, the operator will park at the hotel carport or the location specified by the customer, waiting beside the vehicle like a taxi. Vehicle information will be sent to the customer one day before the booking date, allowing contact if the vehicle is not easily found. Once the customer boards the vehicle, the operator will proceed directly to or from the airport, providing ample time for the customer to check passport and terminal information. The operator will drop off or pick up the customer at the correct arrival/departure lobby based on the provided flight information. These services are excellent for reducing the stress of airport transfers, ensuring a smooth and timely experience.
