A beautiful day in the Douro Valley - We took this all day tour with Pedro and it was a wonderful day. Pedro was absolutely brimming with information and told us everything we needed to know about the places we visited and on the way there. We started with a short river cruise, which was very relaxing and had beautiful views of the steep vineyard hills. Next we went to a winery for a wine and olive oil tasting. We learned so much about olive oil! The vineyard is located in top of the hills near the river and the view was spectacular. It looked fake it was so beautiful. Next we went into town for a traditional meal and then finished at a port vineyard. All of seven of us aged 20- 54 loved the experience.
The only thing we would change next time would be to order a charcuterie board at the first vineyard and stay longer, skipping the lunch. A fantastic experience!!

Fantastic…trip of a lifetime! - What a phenomenal trip! The stunning beauty of the Douro Valley is breathtaking! Our guide , Pedro, went above and beyond to make this an experience of a lifetime ! He was engaging , knowledgeable and accommodating! I would recommend this private tour to anyone! Being a small group we were able to go leisurely, did not feel rushed, and the small things Pedro did to accommodate our day were beyond measure !! Thank you Pedro for making this trip so special !

Vacation - Had a great time on our tour of the Douro Valley. Pedro, our guide is very knowledgeable and passionate about the culture and the history of the area. In addition, he took us to an amazing local Portuguese restaurant for lunch. The trip was a great experience and well worth the money. I would highly recommend this trip

Beautiful place - This was great trip. Pedro was a great tour guide with so much knowledge. As soon as you meet him you know it will be a good trip. It was affordable and the right amount of time to see stuff. We never rushed to move on.

Wonderful experience, 10/10 - An excellent way to spend a day in Porto! Highly recommend this tour as you get a more private and personalized experience at homey, smaller wineries. You also get to enjoy tours of different vineyards and the olive oil as well. Pedro- our guide - was amazing. Very knowledgeable and personable and ensured the trip was smooth. Recommend bringing a jacket if doing boat trip in the winter.

An unforgettable visit - Me and my grandfather visited the Douro Valley thanks to our great guide Brahim. We were picked up at our hotel, the trip was pleasant and informative about the city and Portuguese culture. The wine excursions were incredible to contemplate. The tastings were worth the trip. Then lunch and a boat ride on the river were soothing under a beautiful sun.
A beautiful adventure that my grandfather greatly appreciated. I do not regret the choice of this unmissable outing.

An excellent day on a private Douro Valley tour. - An excellent day with Pedro on a private Douro Valley tour of 2 wineries, river cruise and lunch. It was a comfortable fit of 8 people in a van. Pedro did a great job explaining a bit of history, beautifully played the guitar for us at one of the wine tastings - an overall great experience. Highly recommend.

Wonderful day trip to Duoro! - Our guide. Diane was wonderful. We were transported in a very confortable van and she was knowledgeable and accommodating. We enjoyed the winery tour, wine pairing lunch with delicious food and wine overlooking the Duoro river, and a picturesque boat ride with the gorgeous terraced vineyards on each side.

Perfect tour of the Douro Valley! - We had an amazing time on the Private Douro Valley Tour. Our guide, Enrique, was incredibly personable and knowledgeable, enhancing our experience with his insights. The visit to Quinta do Cume was a highlight, offering fabulous wines and an in-depth tour by the winemaker himself—one of the best winery tours I’ve ever had. The Douro river cruise was perfectly placed within the itinerary, providing a serene and picturesque break. Lunch at Vila Gale Douro Vineyards was delightful, accompanied by more excellent wines. Overall, this was a perfect tour and easily one of the best I’ve experienced anywhere. Highly recommended!
