Fun and tasty! - We had a wonderful time at this tour and sampling the delicious burrata, with more snacks at the end! My husband and I are visiting from the US and found the whole process of cheese making very interesting! Giuseppe and his team gave a fun tour and we even got a glimpse of his grandfather who founded it! What a family treasure to be part of - thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Unique farm & cheese making experience - Was a great day visiting the farm and cheese making factory - best part was the cheeseboard at the end as you had a lot more appreciation for how it was all made. The tour also had a lovely translator - the owner spoke in Italian and she translated into English

To experiment - Arriving there, the welcome was impersonal, without explanation, but afterwards when Giussepe and Wendy started explaining, it was super interesting. A unique activity that tells us a lot about the history of Masseria and cheese production.

Short and sweet tour! It... - Short and sweet tour! It was informative and fun. We got to taste cheese right after it was made, then we got to make our own (and eat that too), then wine and apertivo on the patio before leaving at our own pace.

Delicious cheeses, friendly team, lots of cows and cats - Beautiful views, friendly team and family, accommodating to dietary needs. It was wonderful being able to meet the cows, watch the process and then eat the various cheeses at the end of the tour. Added bonus, lots of cats to fill your time pre and post tour. If you are traveling by train you will need to take a taxi.

Very nice tour about beautiful dairy company - Very nice tour of this dairy company. Several generations run this company with passion. Two guides of which 1 of the last generation explained everything in Italian, and 1 guide in perfect English. It’s great to hear how the company evolves over the generations from cattle trading to the current dairy business. They make delicious cheeses including mozzarella and Burrata from cow's milk. At the end of the tour we were allowed to fill the mozzarella buttons or the burrata ourselves and then enjoy a nice glass of wine and other delicacies from the company. Highly recommended

Don't miss it! - A fun tour about the production of regional cheese. You can tell the owner is passionate about his business and both he and the English guide gave us an interesting tour. My favourite part was when we got to make mozzarella!
