• Villa Cademartori - Situated on the eastern shore of Lake Como, Villa Cademartori is a magnificent 19th-century villa celebrated for its architectural elegance and stunning lake views. Built in a classical style, the villa features ornate facades, expansive terraces, and large windows that open to panoramic vistas of the lake and surrounding mountains. Originally owned by the Artaria family, one of the most renowned publishing families of the time, it served as their holiday resort for a long period. In 1842, the German trader and banker Giorgio Mylius purchased the villa and undertook a complete renovation. After Giorgio’s passing, his second wife Sophie Elisabeth Vonwiller sold the villa to Corrado Cramer, a member of a prominent Milanese family with a textile industry. Recently, the Cademartori family, owners of a major Italian food company, acquired the villa and used it as a holiday resort for an extended period. In the 1980s, the villa underwent its last renovation and was divided into apartments.

• Villa Taverna - Villa Taverna is situated in a panoramic location in the village of Perlasca, between Blevio and Torno. It was constructed by Count Paolo Taverna at the end of the eighteenth century. The Taverna family later rented the villa to Francesco Melzi, who resided there while working on the construction of the nearby Villa Melzi.

• Villa Pliniana - Villa Pliniana is an ancient villa built in 1500 by Giovanni Anguissola, the governor of Como. He desired a fortress-villa outside the town and named the building VILLA PLINIANA in honor of Pliny, the famous writer, philosopher, and Roman governor. Villa Pliniana is located in a magnificent setting and has hosted famous celebrities such as Napoleon, Stendhal, and opera composers like Bellini, Rossini, and Liszt.

• Villa d’Este - Villa d’Este is a magnificent 5-star hotel, considered one of the best in Italy. Built in the late 1500s, it was converted into a hotel at the end of the 1800s. Villa d’Este has hosted some of the world’s most famous politicians and actors. With its classic style, it allows guests to experience an atmosphere of a bygone era.

• Villa Erba - Villa Erba was constructed by the noble Erba family at the beginning of the 1900s. It is used for events and weddings and also serves as an exhibition center. A glass complex set in a vast park is used for large events and fairs. Typically closed to the public, the villa can be visited only during special events. The villa can be admired by boat from the lake.

• Villa Olmo - Villa Olmo derives its name from the pre-existing presence of two distinct, very old, and large elm trees in the area. It was built in a neoclassical style between 1782 and 1787 on behalf of Innocenzo Odescalchi, a member of a wealthy family of the time. In 1925, it was sold to the Municipality of Como. Since then, the villa has been a prestigious venue for exhibitions, events, and conferences.

If this minimum is not met, those who have booked will be asked to contribute 25 euros (for a 1-hour tour) or 35 euros (for a 2-hour tour) per person to cover fuel expenses. Should the customer decline, a full refund will be provided. With only one or two passengers, a contribution of 25 euros or 35 euros per person will be necessary for fuel.
