Renovated in a late neoclassical style, it was purchased by the citizens of Varenna in 1980 and transformed into a hotel with a botanical garden.
• Villa del Balbianello - Situated in Lenno on the western shore of Lake Como, Villa del Balbianello is a historic residence. It is located at the tip of the Lavedo peninsula, a picturesque promontory covered in vegetation that extends into Lake Como, giving the villa its “Balbianello” name.
• Villa del Balbiano - Complesso Architettonico di Ossuccio (ante 1778) - Villa Balbiano, a gem of Lake Como from the late sixteenth century, is a premier location for exclusive weddings. • Villa Melzi d’Eril - Located in Bellagio, Villa Melzi d’Eril is a historic private residence now serving as a museum. Originally belonging to the Melzi d’Eril family and now to the Gallarati Scotti branch, the entire estate has been designated a national monument.
• Grand Hotel Tremezzo - Constructed between 1907 and 1910, the Grand Hotel Tremezzo is an iconic Art Nouveau hotel on the shores of Lake Como. Officially opened on July 10, 1910, it has attracted an elite international clientele from the start, capturing the refined spirit of the Belle Époque.
