The journey begins with a guided tour to explore our establishment and the surrounding area. The first stop introduces you to our organic vineyards, traversed by the historic Via di San Colombano, where you can learn about the wine tradition of Oltrepò Pavese, the history of our family business, and our efforts to preserve local biodiversity. The second part of the tour takes you to the wine cellar and aging cellar, offering an in-depth look into the world of wine. The third segment is dedicated to savoring flavors, both in the dishes and the wines: enjoy a lunch featuring dishes made from local ingredients sourced from small producers, paired with our wines served by the glass.
THREE-COURSE PROPOSAL WITH PAIRED WINES: The menu changes monthly, reflecting the seasonality of the ingredients. Each dish is paired with a wine. The price includes bread, water, wines, mocha coffee, and service.
