Roberto is familiar with each of his pigs individually; they are nurtured in a semi-wild environment, with meticulously chosen feed and cereals cultivated in the Tuscan countryside. The experience is both rural and unforgettable; following a stroll through the vineyards and olive groves, visitors will have the chance to interact with “Ciro,” the domestic pig, and meet the lively group of Cinta Senese pigs enjoying the mud. After encountering these charming animals (and possibly snapping some selfies with them), it will be time to indulge in a tasting platter of Cinta Senese cured meats or enjoy a quick lunch featuring farm-fresh products, perhaps even harvested directly from the garden by the visitors themselves.
