Participants will begin by preparing the frittelle batter and crafting the stuffed bombette using thin slices of pork capocollo.
Once the frittelle have risen, they will be fried and can be filled with your choice of ingredients and enjoyed immediately with a glass of our house wine. Available fillings include traditional ricotta forte, cured meats, tomatoes, cheeses, vegetables, and more. Finally, the class will proceed to grill the bombette over an open flame.
The freshly prepared treats will be packed in a take-away bag, allowing you to enjoy your meal at one of the picnic spots set up nearby in the vineyard. You’ll take the bombette, vegetables, other stuffed fritters, and your preferred bottle of wine with you.
