A very sweet time... - This was a fun and satisfying experience. We had plenty of opportunity to enjoy and feed the alpacas and free ranging horses. Goats were present as well. The story behind the farm was inspiring and our hosts/guides both spacious and informative. The property is lovely and offers a chill time both prior and after the visit with the animals. Enjoyed our lounging and the pool. Highly recommended. Great for families and couples.

Alpacas Mama Adama - We went alone to the alpacas experience and we were attended by a guy named Liam, he was super attentive, he treated us incredibly well. They let us caress the alpacas and explained what we asked. It is an experience that I would not hesitate to repeat.

Alpaca Farm-genuine and kind experience - It was a truly natural, genuine and wonderful experience. The farm is situated in a very calm and beautiful place, surrounded exclusively by nature and calmness. Even the road to this place is pitoresque and charges your batteries with nature. The people from the farm are very friendly and communicative, the gave us a lot of info about all the animals they have, they answered all of our curiosities, paid attention to us while interacting with the alpacas. I recommend this experience with all my heart because the alpacas are rarely to see and they are suuper cute and fulfills you with positive energy and calmness. All of the animals there are well cared for and is a pleasure to be part of few moments from their life, like petting and feeding them. Keep up the good work.

So unique - This was our second visit — in 2024 we did the alpaca feeding experience, but this time we came back to stay, and the kids were beyond excited. It’s the kind of place where you can truly switch off and unwind. That said, there is OK Wi-Fi in the bedrooms, which kept the kids happy!
We stayed in a family room that had two bedrooms, a fridge, and two lovely outdoor seating areas. The rooms are modern, well-furnished, and nicely decorated — spacious and comfortable. While there’s no AC, the fan did a good job keeping things cool.
Breakfast is included and really lovely — fresh granola, bread, croissants, eggs cooked to order, plus filter coffee, tea, and orange juice. Just note that it’s breakfast-only here, and you're about a 15-minute drive from Grândola down a fairly bumpy track. We brought food with us from the supermarket and used the shared campsite kitchen when needed — though the fridge there was quite full. The vibe is very relaxed and unfussy, which we liked. I believe the villas have their own private kitchens if that’s more your style.
The huge saltwater pool was perfect — super refreshing, especially in the current heat. The site itself has a lovely mix of accommodation: you can bring your own tent, stay in a teepee, caravan, room, or villa. It gives the whole place a very friendly, laid-back feel.
As for the animals — they’re clearly so well loved and cared for, all rescues, and incredibly sweet. We had full access to the farm, which the kids adored. There’s also a kiddy play area and some lovely resident dogs and cats wandering around.
All in all, it's such a special place — simple, peaceful, and full of charm. So much love has gone into it from the owners who are great - they built it themselves I believe. We'll definitely be back again.

A wonderful experience - A very entertaining experience where you feed the friendly animals while the guide shares information about them.
The staff is very cheerful and kind; they even contacted us close to the scheduled date to help us get there and answer any questions.
The place is beautiful and calm. You can enjoy a peaceful time in a space where there's hardly any phone network or a lot of technology, making it a great place to hide away from the world.
The Meet and Feed took us about 40 minutes with a group of 5 people, and they let us enjoy their amazing pool afterwards.

- We were given a tour and were allowed to feed the beautiful animals. Alpacas, kids and wild horses. In the meantime, all sorts of things were told about the animals how they are saved and the owner knows every animal and what peculiarities they have. Afterwards we were allowed to cool off in the pool. You can also spend the night there. Heb is a beautiful setting surrounded by nature. Friendly and welcoming people. And they have a link to the Netherlands

Don’t recommend - My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The staff showed no willingness to assist, which made the stay even less enjoyable. Considering the price, there are far better options in the area that offer more value and better service. I would not recommend.
