Volcan Villarrica. Most amazing experience - Amazing experience on the volcano with the guides from this company, they were absolutely amazing and we felt very safe and well looked after, even if the climb up was slightly more daunting than we thought it would be. A hard days walking and so definitely a good level of fitness required, but 100% worth it without any question. Pretty much everything is provided for you in a rucksack, which you carry up the volcano with you. Add to it your food, drink (make sure you bring plenty) and warm stuff (hats/gloves etc) and wear your normal walking stuff (boots are provided to match the crampons for the snowy parts). Do it’s, it’s incredible

- Amazing team, unforgettable experience! We climbed a snowy volcano with this agency and had a truly incredible experience. Mario had severe back pain and couldn’t finish the hike, but Pablo stayed with him the whole time, made sure he was warm and safe, and offered constant support. As for me, I made it to the top, but going back down was hard because of my fear of heights. Marik was incredibly patient, supportive, and kind — he let me take my time and never rushed me. We felt truly cared for. Thank you Pablo and Marik for your professionalism, kindness, and human touch. You made this adventure unforgettable! 🙏❄️🌋 Highly recommend! Claire & Mario

Check the Weather Before Booking - This is a great tour. Mattias and Christobal took my son and I up the volcano. Unfortunately, when we were in Pucon, it was a very windy Winter day. The overview said it was "medium" in terms of physical ability needed. Check the weather before you book. Even the guides were physically wasted after our trip. No one on any tour made it to the summit on the day we went.

Beautiful sunny day hike up! - The hike to the top of the Villarica was amazing! We had a beautiful day and 2 very expert guides. We are use to hike in summer, we never used crampons before but they helped us and explained it to us. At the very top of the mountain (at the glacier) I had a little bit of fear, so the guide used some ropes to keep me safe and next to him until I felt again confident! Very recommended if you are a mountain lover and if you are used to do sport.

Crater ascent of Ruka Pillan - Incredible experience climbing the Villarrica Volcano, we reached the crater, we were a group of 5 people the guides accompanied by the guides Cristian (owner of the agency) and Chilote who transmitted a lot of security and commitment at all times. The quality of the equipment, the service and the attention from the moment you enter your office make the difference from the rest of the agencies.

Bad and disappointing! - There was an accident in one of the groups next to us and someone was seriously injured and in particular died unfortunately...we were very nervous about this case and when we told the instructor that if we were afraid of this is our problem..and we were going too slow, and we were going to the office all the way he was very hostile and we didn't feel safe to get off the hill with him and we were afraid of him very badly, and when he was talking to us he started talking to us roughly and deleted my friend who cried before in an anxiety attack from the previous case.
