A Glance at Puebla - The hop on hop off Turibus was a perfect way to learn a bit about the history of Puebla and main places around the city. It’s a great way to see what places or things to explore more in-depth. We were able to stop for 20 minutes to admire the view and take pictures at one point. We loved the experience !

Good tour! - Very accommodating to English speakers, helpful, good city tour of one hour. Some of the headset jacks did not work but overall it was a good tour of the city.

Panoramic of the city of Puebla - It is a recommended experience especially when one arrives at the destination because comfortably and with explanations show the significantness of the city center. They're nice and answer the questions. It is worth the investment of time and money.

Best Tactical Start to your Puebla Trip - When you arrive in the city of Puebla you might be overwhelmed at the options available. With hundreds of churches, restaurants, artisan shops, markets, parks, etc. the local guides can only point to so many options. Enter the Double Decker Tour Buses - they park right in the Zocalo alongside the cathedral and leave ever hour or so for hour long tours around the city. Guides are in Spanish, English and other languages and you get to see all of your options in one fell swoop. You take the tour, arrive back in the Zocalo, then map out your plan. And the tour itself takes you throughout the city centre, up into the hills, through backstreets and into unique areas of the city. I highly recommend for any traveler - take the tour first thing - then solidify your plans based upon your impressions and tastes.

SuperTour - The tour, was great, plus the guide had all the attitude, and the explanations super understandable. I did the tour with my mom, and as locals we didn’t know much about the city’s history, it served me too well for work. My mom was super happy too, we both enjoyed it quite a lot.

Inconvenience and Price - This was a good tour. However, it is only given in Spanish. If you’d like a different language, they provide you with a headset that connects to a small radio on the bus. The radio doesn’t work, though. The radio turns off every 5 minutes so you have to turn it on again and re-set it to your language of choice. My partner and I ended up throwing out the headset and I just translated everything for him. Also, the price here is inflated. If you pay for it on the spot at Puebla it’s almost half the price.

Tour with recorder - The bus very clean and very cute... but they needed to be excellent, the tour was very fast, few stops to enjoy what village offers, the guide is not the one who tells the story is a recording , if you ask me what I remember what the recording says I can say that nothing, I remember what I talk to the guide and I explain myself but because I ask you, they should improve the tour. Cancelled - Unfortunately our tour was cancelled since there was too much traffic . There was also no warning about this and no refund. We had to make up our own tour . The staff was still very nice and apologetic. You are safer to plan a walking tour to not have these issues .
