Awesome views and fantastic service! - This trip was great, went with the premium upgrade and it was worth every penny! All of the staff were super friendly and helpful, the trip was well-organized, and the boat spent plenty of time at each glacier, giving us the opportunity see calving events and just enjoy all of the views. The histories of the area were also very well-done. Highly recommend!

UNMISSABLE! - I recommend this excursion 100%! The views are beautiful from the water. It's beautiful scenery! You can see the glaciers better than from anywhere else. The staff is very friendly. We had a sunny day, so the colors were in full view! I recommend the lunch they offer when you book it, the sandwich is HUGE and very delicious (anyone you choose!). I had lunch and dinner with that same lunch box. I recommend you book the roundtrip transfer from the hotel. The cruise seats are comfortable, there is free wifi on board, a bar and the bathrooms are clean. Thank you very much to Nancy (our guide) and Diego (the driver) who found my husband’s cell phone in the mic on the way back and brought it to the hotel. Tip: contract the tour directly with the Enterprise that has better rates than the agencies.

Extraordinary navigation! - The Maria Turquesa is a very comfortable, clean trimaran with attentive crew members. The chef was introduced to us and talked about the menu. The guide always informed about the views, the glacier, and the mountains of the shores. Super recommending tour.

A truly "unforgettable experience"! - We were very lucky with the weather and the glacier walls and many chunks of ice floating in the water glowed in the most beautiful shades of blue. No question, the views of the glaciers were worth the trip, but otherwise... First of all: Expect nothing but the glacier views, which are really only so impressive with corresponding weather luck, please! We were prepared for a lot considering the size of the boats, but the extreme mass handling that awaited us on board was just horrific. The staff were almost unfriendly throughout, the service completely lousy and overpriced in every respect. If you are not lucky enough to be one of the first to board, you will be sitting metres away from the window seats. Despite the freezing cold, we were therefore almost only on the outside decks. Even if it wasn't much emptier there than inside, you could breathe at least there. But that would have been all bearable and would have been enough for a 3-star rating if not for one of the most unpleasant travel experiences of my life. We had been on deck for quite some time when a grim-looking, uniformed park attendant took my wife aside and talked to her in a most strange way. My wife responded directly and rebuked him loudly and unequivocally. I was a few meters away and it took me a while to fight my way between some jostling fellow travelers to her and our young son. I immediately asked the extremely unfriendly parking attendant, of course, what his strange behavior would mean. I couldn't believe my ears! He looked at me hostilely and said, so loudly that many bystanders could hear it, he had been told by a passenger that I had hit my wife. Our son then asked me if he could hit her, too. Nothing more absurd has happened to me in my entire life! We speak all three Spanish - but I was offended at first and I was missing the words. I then confronted the outrageous guy several times, asked him who the ominous denunciator had been and how it should be possible to become violent on the pickpacked boat without there having been a small popular casserole or at least that there had been several more witnesses. He wasn't interested in anything! He really treated me like a child molester. I then raised the issue with some of the staff. But here, too, I was looked at only uncomprehendingly and unkindly. No one was willing to confront the parking attendant with me. No interest, no help whatsoever. I gave up after some time because I wanted to save myself and especially my family more trouble and despite this incident I still wanted to make the most of the day. Unfortunately, the beautiful glaciers of Patagonia will now always remind us of this extremely unpleasant experience. I can't quite explain to this day what went into that Guardaparque. The way he was acting, there's only one explanation for me: He just wanted to show a six-foot guy who was in charge.
