Excellent boat trip and to see the dolphins was amazing - It was excellent from start to finish. The crew worked so hard to find us dolphins and it was magical when we saw them. The carva and cake at the end was a lovely touch while we watched the last sunset of 2025.

A magical evening! - I would highly recommend this trip to anyone!! Obviously there are no guarantees of what you might see but our guide and captain were wonderful and eventually we were lucky enough to see what we were all hoping for…..Dolphins! I never dreamed that so many would appear but our boat was surrounded by them - An incredible evening to see them where they belong. Finished off with cava, cake and a beautiful sunset. The perfect evening :)

Incredible experience! - This was really the highlight of an already excellent trip. Teddy and the crew were incredible - they were energetic, funny for both the kids and the adults, and attentive to everyone throughout the trip.
You can’t guarantee that you’ll see anything, of course, but for us the crew spotted a pod of dolphins quickly and we spent the rest of the time alongside them, watching the leap through the waves and high above the water. We all enjoyed every minute of it.
It got a little rough at moments, but the captain managed that well. And yes, the crew were on the phone to the second boat a fair amount, but that was to maximise the trip for everyone (two other boats came and joined ours having not found dolphins elsewhere).
They paused close to the harbour for champagne, which was nice and cold, a bit of cake and juice for the kids. The crew took photos of everyone with the sunset in the background and we all had a good singalong to the music.
Amazing trip, thank you to all involved.

Beautiful experience to discover - Very nice experience, Teddy our attendant was very friendly and professional. He made every effort so that we could see several schools of dolphins and flying fish.
We finished with a beautiful sunset accompanied by a glass of cava and a piece of cake. A successful evening in joy and good humor.
We recommend this tour.

Highlight of our trip - Highlight of our holiday.
We were worried that there wouldn't be enough seats when we were queuing but there was 2 boats.
The boats went different directions to increase the chance of seeing dolphins. The other boat saw them first so we got to experience the high speed of the boats which was an incredible (and very wet) experience. We were very lucky to see a large pod of bottlenose dolphins including a newborn with its mum and also some flying fish. We didn't catch any on camera but we have special memories.
We returned to near the harbour for champagne and cakes to watch a beautiful sunset. We were told the fish love the leftover cake crumbs- they made quite a splash getting them

Pleasant - Picked up from our hotel on time and transported to Puerto del Carmen. Had to wait half an hour or so before boarding. Did not see any dolphins etc unfortunately. The ride back into port was choppy and the boat bounced a bit. This was my grandkids best part. However they did get wet...so advice is to take a waterproof or one of those cheap ponchos. We waited near the port to see the sunset. Not the most spectacular I have ever seen. cake and 'fizz' was served plus soft drinks. Staff friendly. Overall a pleasant trip.

Very disappointed! - Myself and my wife booked this cruise with the hope of enjoying the sunset from the water and perhaps getting to see some dolphins or other marine life
It started off good, the boat was only half full and we had the choice of seats. The staff appeared friendly and we got an introduction shortly after departing. However that was the last of the commentary until almost the end of the tour. The guides time was taken with trying to view dolphins at the front with his binoculars. Another crew member should have been giving commentary while this was happening. Given the time of year it was cold once underway but that was expected. We then spent the rest of the trip listening to a very random playlist of music.
Unfortunately no dolphins were seen, but I knew this was a possibility and is not the reason for the poor rating. The main reason for taking this tour was to enjoy the sunset from the boat. While the sun was setting, we were heading in the opposite direction (all the seats face the front) at speed over choppy water. The only way it appeared to view the sunset was to try and move to the back of the boat which wasn’t an inviting prospect.
When the captain did stop the boat, and turn it in the right direction, the sun had set about 5 minutes previously. We were then handed some bits of traybake cake and some cava in a beaker. (The tour description gives it as a toast to the sunset) We were at that point sat at the entrance to the harbour and Given we had missed the sunset, it seemed somewhat pointless. We just sat and watched some seagulls fight over bits of the cake which the guide had thrown in the water
I feel that the captain had mistimed the stop and for me completely ruined the trip.

Brass music and loveless mass wrangle - After the initial chaos, which boat is now carrying out the tour on which jetty, we went into the sea in a nice but smaller boat. After incomprehensible announcements from a tinny plant, we plowed two hours of commentary and informationless through the sea. Meanwhile, through the tin speaker, some underground-quality Beatles music kept blaring. Every 30 minutes a crew member climbed on the lookout at the bow with binoculars and pretended to look for dolphins. Well there were neither whales nor dolphins (ok), but a sunset just before the concrete harbour wall. Then quickly poured the cheap sparkling wine (no champagne as advertised, of course), a tiny piece of square cake from the giant carton and then off to the port. The fact that no dolphins have been sighted is acceptable, but the loveless and informationless ride with tin music is just plain lousy.

Awful, just really really awful - Do not do this tour if you get sea sick or don’t like rollercoasters!
Advertised as a dolphin “cruise” is so wrong. I understand that the sea cannot be controlled but due to rough seas, the boat should never have gone out and no warning was given to us. No safety instructions either. We also got very wet and also not warned about this. People were banging their heads, kids crying and people throwing up. Not ideal conditions for the trip.
The captain was also on his phone throughout the whole tour and whilst steering the boat, he took no interest in his passengers and was told to slow down often.
We saw no dolphins which I didn’t think we would due to the conditions and the fact that music was blaring out the whole time.
The boat did stop under the sunset where a paper cup with cava or a carton of juice is offered and a square of cake, whilst the boat is rocking all over the place.
I will say that the assistant really tried her best at making the best out of a horrible situation,
I’ve been refused a refund as they deemed the conditions safe and gave me the excuse that the captain was on his phone contacting a dolphin spotting group- I highly doubt this. All very poor excuses.
A huge waste of money and a shambles of a tour.
