Honeymoon treat - Decided to do this mini cruise as a last-minute decision and wow what an experience. Quite a peaceful drive out aboard the boat and lots of hunting but not a dolphin to be seen, but that's not the end of the story. Coming back, the captain opened up the boat, and we were flying high over the waves and landing. Some passengers were soon back on the seats as being tossed off their feet. No one was hurt, but what an experience it was. We even stopped off tied to a bouy for anyone who wanted to swim in the atalantic Ocean. Only 1 person was brave enough as the current was strong.

Nice experience - Beautiful sea excursion to see dolphins and enjoy a swim along the coast: mission accomplished! As a bonus, translation in 5 languages, including French, I recommend!

very lucky to find so many dolphins - great trip to see the dolphins, very lucky to find a pod of about 20 that stayed with the boat for 15 mins or so. crew were very helpfull and obviously experienced. shame about the 2 selfish women who hogged the boat front for the entire trip, a lot of others would have liked a chance. maybe the crew will learn from it

Beautiful trip, but nothing seen! - The trip was fantastic. The crew was very friendly and told a lot. The swimmer was nice and in a nice place. Only...... no dolphins, no whales, no turtles or whatever. Of course that is a great pity, because that was the purpose of this trip.

Offshore walk - ES a boat ride DE DE MAR, you go to and from Puerto del Carmen, before you reach port you stop and you can bathe, but NO really special place, very transparent and deep water. Very complicated to see dolphins EN 50 min DE journey. NO repeat.

Disappointing - The minicruiser had good potential, but the experience was quite disappointing. The organization was bad, especially with tickets for the two ships and their different routes, which generated bad atmosphere among the workers and punctuality when it came DE leaving. We could see NO dolphins, and we also did not enjoy the bath, as POR bad waves canceled that part without giving any explanation or alternative. Overall, the service needs urgent improvement in organization, communication and customer service.

Boring - Boat was clean. The experience was a Such a bore. we made our way out to open sea looking for Dolphins in a leisurely way. After 45 mins no luck. Fair enough it’s not guaranteed and that’s fine but it’s supposed to be a speed boat when after no sightings the Captain could of given us some thrills by opening the throttle. But no he decided to cruise along the coast. The ferry was quicker over to Calero. Don’t waste your money it’s embarrassing.

No dolphins. Waste of money. - Friendly staff and nice boat but unfortunately no dolphins were seen. We spent 1.5 hours just looking at the sea. Not even any coastline to see in lieu of no dolphin appearance. It was definitely the most boring boat trip we’ve ever been on when on holiday. The sea was quite rough which resulted in people being sea sick and therefore toilets unusable. The crew did clean it up but it wasn’t pleasant all the same. Would definitely recommend taking anti sickness tablets before going on this trip. Feel like we completed wasted an afternoon.

Not worth it at all - This dolphin and whale watching trip was a significant disappointment. Despite the trip description, we did not encounter any dolphins or whales, which, while understandable, was a major factor in our decision to book this tour. Furthermore, the advertised "Swim and Snorkel experience" was completely absent. The boat did not stop at any location suitable for swimming or snorkeling, making the trip feel more like a simple boat ride. While the lack of wildlife sightings can be attributed to unpredictable nature, the absence of the promised snorkeling experience is unacceptable. This tour could easily be replicated, by taking a ferry to nearby islands at a fraction of the cost.

Disappointing - If you just want to hit a boat trip, that's the excursion. No. we saw dolphins, and although it is clear to me that the sea is very large and they are free with the possibility of not being able to see them, the attitude of the guide was lousy in interest to.find no dolphins, turned around and I did not pay attention to the sea or the dolphins. He talked to other passengers and was unfazed by anything. Another couple and I called her to say that we seemed to see some in the distance... but she didn’t listen, she kept talking to other people, and ignoring our call. Total disappointment
