The overall experience... - The overall experience was great in terms of everything. The customer service was excellent! I would like to thank our boat captain Adriel for being a true professional. Furthermore, our guide Juan Carlos was simply excellent. His indepth understanding and ability to explain it was refreshing to say the least. His timing and professional manner is admirable. I highly recommend Juan Carlos and captain Adriel the reasons satated.

Perfect wildlife encounter on the water! - Our captain and guide were professional, informative, and very friendly. The wildlife sightings were amazing, including dolphins, whales, rays and sea turtles. It was a perfect outing all around!

Amazing Swim with Dolphin experience - This was such an incredible experience! We were picked up around 6:30 in the morning, then got a boat and went looking for Dolphins. All the similar tours work together to help find the Dolphins, and we lucked out and were able to find at least 500 Dolphins just swimming and frolicking together. Then they gave us life vests and snorkels and told us to jump in! The dolphins keep their distance but swim and jump around you. It was amazing. It also felt very respectful of the wildlife itself.

Saw a lot of dolphins( I... - Saw a lot of dolphins( I mean a lot) , a whale family and mating turtles. Here is my issue: they did not have functional Lifevests for everyone. They probably had 2 functioning lifevests with 15 on board on a rough choppy sea. That really raises my concern about safety standards. On other note, not really their fault, but the sea in very choppy ( most of the time I think) and a bigger boat could have been more comfortable to ride on.

Would book again - Absolutely loved this tour. Unfortunately we were not able to find an English speaking guide and none of us knew more than very basic Spanish. We were able to still enjoy the trip and find dolphins, turtles and whales! What an incredible experience!

Mixed feelings - Dear Eco Adventures Team, We had a very good start to the tour, Antonio who picked us up is really a very dear and attentive person, it couldn't have been better. On the tour we lacked a bit of input, for example getting more knowledge about the dolphins or whales, what is currently going on in the nature conservation in the region, what distinguishes the Ecotours from the other providers would have been interesting. We booked the tour in English, the translator only translated a single sentence of the captain on request, besides the name of the Golfina turtle we unfortunately could not learn more about the game life (where does the turtle occur, how deep can it dive, what does it eat?). It was great that it was a small group and Antonio took the trouble to introduce everyone, even the captain and translator were very friendly. It was unfortunately not as informative as hoped, but very nice interpersonally. Best regards to the team and good luck and success continue:)

The organization was good... - The organization was good and we saw dolphins and whales, hence the 2 stars. The guide did not speak English (booked expedition in English) and a tourist had to translate everything he said. He looked at his cell phone and talked to his friends throughout the activity. He almost hit a turtle when he didn't look where he was going. He stopped to fish for a few minutes. Very disappointing.
