• Parque Historico Punta Cuevas - Heading south of the city to the end of Boulevard Alte. Brown, visitors will discover the Punta Cuevas Area, a historic site where the first Welsh settlers in Chubut resided. These caves, dug by the settlers, were the initial dwellings in Puerto Madryn and are among the oldest in colonized Patagonia. The earliest houses in Patagonia were constructed here. Currently, an exhibition center showcases artifacts belonging to the colonists, narrating the history of the Indian and Welsh cultures.
• Monumento al Indio Tehuelche - Just a short distance away is the Tehuelche Indian Monument. This location provides a panoramic view of Golf Nuevo, the city, its beaches, and piers. Visitors can enjoy a stunning view of the city, beaches, and industrial park.

The historic buildings and church are situated around General San Martín square. As the tour progresses past the last roundabout and leaves the Luis Piedrabuena pier behind, it continues to Yrigoyen Street. The route leads to Mosconi and reaches Chalet Pujol, which currently houses the Oceanographic and Natural Sciences Provincial Museum.

• Loberia de Punta Loma - Continuing south, 14 km along a gravel road, the tour reaches the protected area of Punta Loma (entrance fee not included). From a viewpoint on a cliff, visitors can head to Golf Nuevo to observe a colony of sea lions and cormorants. This area is accessible year-round, with visits planned according to low-tide schedules.
