An excellent excursion for cruise ship visitors - Lucas and the team exceeded our expectations throughout this experience. We were surprised at the very high prices of excursions being offered to us by our cruise line, and opted for this due to the better price. They accommodated our cruise ship's schedule, and the duration of the tour fit perfectly into our day. We were extremely impressed with the team's thorough care and communication each step of the way; they provide you with all the gear and instruction are are especially careful to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. The guides were extremely knowledgeable, pointing out wildlife and explaining the geography. As promised, we were able to see some sea lions up close which was, of course, the cherry on top. Transportation was included in a comfortable van with air conditioning. I can't say enough good about this team and this experience!

Great paddling experience - This was a great experience run by Lucas and his team. Very friendly, good equipment, excellent instruction, and we got to see Sea Lions and penguins close up!

It was a great time! ... - It was a great time! Juan, Lukas, and Ezekiel were great guides. I was nervous since I hadn’t kayaked in years and I’m not a strong swimmer. Ezekiel spent so much time making sure we were comfortable one of the guides stayed by us most of the time. Never felt unsafe. The sea lions were exciting to see up close. Would definitely recommend this tour!

If you go to Puerto Madryn you can not do this excursion!! - More than a departure, it was a unique experience. Lucas and Juan, are exceptional: warm, attentive and with incredible energy that made each moment special. We felt safe every minute and learned a lot about the fauna of the place and the environment itself. They were very generous over time, always proposing breaks to observe and connect with the time and place. They even had details like taking the pictures send them to us later. They even surprised us with a delicious coffee that crowned the excursion... Undoubtedly, an unforgettable experience that exceeded all our expectations.

The sea lions were amazing and great to be on the water with them! - Juan and our guides were patient and professional. It was a fabulous experience seeing the sea lions up close. Highly recommend!

Professional and Courteous refund. - Very professional. We were not actually able to go on the excursion because our ship got into port 5 hours late, but Lucas was excellent in communication and guidance and the company quickly and kindly refunded our entire excursion cost.

Excellent! - The very cupid boys, they looked for us and returned to the apartment, and they adapted to our schedules so that we could kayak on the best weather day. Helpful and patient, they gave us all the equipment and explained how to use it, enjoying quite a lot of time at sea, and when we returned they prepared a breakfast in front of the sea.

Highly Recommend - Lucas is a fantastic guide! He communicated prior to our visit and shared everything we would need for the incredible adventure. He met us with our name on the sign and off we went. Lucas spoke wonderful English and shared about Puerto Madryn and our kayaking with the sea lions. Safety was their priority and we had excellent instruction at the beach. The equipment was first rate and the experience could not have been any better. At the beach we met the other guide since there were four of us in our party. Juan and Lucas joined us in their Kayaks and explained so much about the experience. Highly recommend for anyone who desires adventure!

Amazing! - Amazing experience! We felt very safe with all the equipment and competent staff. Unbeliavable gorgeous place!

We were not able to go... - We were not able to go kayaking due to the weather so we went mountain biking instead. Guides were awesome and very knowledgeable about the area. Also communications to find guide was excellent.
