Nice!! - Went on the ATV tour last Saturday and had a blast even on my own, I felt totally included. The pick-up from downtown Cancún was smooth, and the whole experience was pure fun. Highly recommend it

Horrible transportation - The excursion was great. After getting a confirmation email with our ticket there was a Third email sent out with a message from the company saying pick up at 10.10 and $70usd for transportation that was not discussed in the original booking. The excursion did not pick up at our resort so we had to pay $35 to get to the pick up location. They did not let us in because we were not guest( also wasn’t discussed). Since the original booking was for 9am we got there at 8:50 only to be told we were not getting picked up until 10.10 so we had to stand in the hot sun over and hour. They were also late picking us up. The shuttle was also shared so we made stops at other resorts. $70 usd was just too much for 2people and a 30min ride. That was a rip off. We also had to pay $35usd back to our resort after the excursion. So in total we paid $140usd for transportation alone. And the van didn’t have a/c so it was hot.
